Can I install an EV Charger at my Place?

You will need off street parking. Ideally a garage or driveway close to your house. An EV charger can only be installed on the property. It can not be installed on a dedicated parking bay away from your place.

The place where the EV charger is to go also needs to be close enough to your EV so the charging cable can safely reach it.

You will also need a good wifi signal because chargers are fitted with features that require an internet connection. Make sure the place where EV charger is to go is in range of your routers wifi signal.
